Instrument Panel: Description

WARNING: All Lexus models are equipped with Supplemental Restraint System (SRS). Observe following precautions before performing any repair. Disconnect and shield battery ground. Allow at least 20 seconds between battery disconnection and start of repair procedures. DO NOT use electrical test equipment on SRS circuits. Use caution when working around steering column, as air bag could deploy.

Instrument panels are equipped with tachometer, engine temperature gauge, fuel gauge and speedometer. Warning lights for air bag system, Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS), door ajar, low engine oil, low engine oil pressure, high engine temperature, low engine coolant level, engine electrical system, battery discharge, seat belt warning, brake system, rear light failure and low fuel can be included in instrument panel. Not all warning lights are on all models.
