Distributor (LS400 & SC400): Installation
- Reverse removal procedure. Refill and bleed cooling system. Start engine, and allow it to warm. Connect tachometer and timing light. Ensure timing is within specification. Refer to IGNITION TIMING in the ADJUSTMENTS article.
- If timing is not within specification, ensure throttle valve is fully closed, continuity exists between throttle position sensor terminals IDL and E2 and valve timing is correct.
