Control Relay (Pump Motor)

  1. Remove control relay from actuator. See SOLENOID & CONTROL RELAY . Using a 12-volt battery, connect jumper wires from positive battery terminal to 4-pin relay connector terminal No. 2 and from negative battery terminal to 4-pin relay connector terminal No. 3. See Figure-10.
  2. Ensure continuity is present between 4-pin relay connector terminals No. 1 and 2. If continuity is not as specified, replace relay. If continuity readings are as specified, relay is okay.
