Code 31 (ES300)

Condition is: voltage at terminal VS of ECM is less than one volt with engine speed less than 1500 RPM and throttle closed. Probable cause: open (VC circuit) or short between terminals VC and E2 of ECM, defective airflow meter or defective ECM.
