Coolant Temperature Sensor

Monitors coolant temperature. Sensor has a built-in thermistor whose resistance varies according to engine temperature. The lower the coolant temperature, the greater the thermistor resistance value. The greater the coolant temperature, the lower the thermistor resistance value. ECM uses sensor signal for controlling fuel injection duration.
