Description & Operation
SC300 is equipped with either manual or power tilt/telescoping steering wheel. Control switches for windshield wipers/washers, lights, turn signals, and ignition are on the steering column.
WARNING:
Vehicles are equipped with air bag supplemental restraint system. For additional warnings, cautions, and information, see AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEM article in ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT. Before servicing, wait at least 90 seconds after ignition switch is turned to LOCK position and negative battery cable is disconnected.
NOTE:
If air bag system is disconnected when ignition is on, diagnostic codes will be set.
