Neutral/Start Switch & Starter Operational Check

Ensure starter operates normally and engine starts in Park and Neutral positions only. If starter operates correctly and engine starts, go to NEUTRAL/START SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL CHECK. If starter does not operate correctly, trouble shoot starter circuit. See STARTER article in the ELECTRICAL section.
