Input Signal Diagnostic Mode
- Turn ignition on. Place cruise control switch in SET/COAST position and hold down. Turn cruise control MAIN switch on. Ensure CRUISE MAIN indicator light on instrument cluster blinks twice repeatedly.
- Turn SET/COAST switch off. Meet conditions listed in Fig 1. Turn ignition on for items No. 1 and 7. Raise vehicle and start engine for items No. 8 and 9. Raise vehicle and start engine for items No. 7 and 8.
- Read diagnostic code display by observing CRUISE MAIN indicator light on instrument cluster. See Fig 1. When two or more signals are input to the ECU, only the lowest numbered code is displayed. To exit input signal check diagnostic mode, turn MAIN switch off.
