Trouble Shooting: Notes

NOTE: Only perform trouble shooting after performing appropriate test and vehicle is still malfunctioning.

All voltage and resistance checks are done under various conditions with theft deterrent ECU connectors disconnected. For theft deterrent ECU connector identification, see Figure. Measure voltage or resistance between theft deterrent ECU connector terminals as specified. If voltage or resistance is not as specified, repair vehicle wire harness or replace components as necessary.
