Condition is: open or short in sub-throttle position sensor circuit (VTA2) for more than 0.5 second or IDL2 contact in sub-throttle position sensor closed and VTA2 output exceeds 1.5 volts for more than 0.5 second. Probable cause: open or short in sub-throttle position sensor circuit, defective sub-throttle position sensor or defective ECM.
