Starter Relay Test

Remove starter relay. See ELECTRICAL COMPONENT LOCATIONS  table under DESCRIPTION. Starter relay is okay if it tests as follows:

• There is continuity between terminals No. 1 and 3. See Fig 1.
• There is no continuity between terminals No. 2 and 4.
• There is continuity between terminals No. 2 and 4 when battery voltage is applied across terminals No. 1 and 3.
