Cable Reel
NOTE:
Cable reel may also be known as spiral cable or clockspring.
Ensure front wheels face straight-ahead. Rotate cable reel counterclockwise until it stops. Rotate cable reel clockwise 3 turns. Mating marks should align, and Red mark should be visible through inspection hole. See Fig 1. Install steering wheel, ensuring mating marks are still aligned.
