Fuel Pump Operation (Using DLC No. 1)

CAUTION:
To prevent fuel pump damage, DO NOT
operate fuel pump for more than 10 seconds.
Connect Jumper Wire (09843-18020) between terminals +B and FP of DLC No. 1. See Fig 1. See COMPONENT LOCATIONS under INTRODUCTION N. Turn ignition on, engine off. Fuel pump is operating if pulsations can be felt in fuel pressure hose or if noise from fuel return can be heard.
