Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

MAF METER REMOVAL
1. REMOVE BATTERY CLAMP COVER AND AIR CLEANER INLET.
2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE AND MAF METER ASSEMBLY.
- Disconnect the MAF meter connector.
- Disconnect the MAF meter wire from the clamp on the air cleaner case.
- Loosen the hose clamp holding the air cleaner case to intake air connector.
- Remove the 3 bolts holding the air cleaner case to the body.
- Disconnect the MAF meter from the air intake connector, and remove the air cleaner case and MAF meter assembly.
3. REMOVE MAF METER FROM AIR CLEANER CASE.
- Remove the 2 bolts and MAF meter.

INSTALLATION HINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
