Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)

Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between VSS connector terminals. Resistance should be 560-680 ohms. Using a voltmeter, measure voltage between VSS connector terminals as magnet is moved close to and away from sensor pickup. Voltage should be generated as magnet is moved. If sensor does not perform as specified, replace sensor.
