Serial Communication Circuit Test

When the tilt/telescopic ECU receives an input from the memory or return switches, serial data is sent back and forth between the tilt/telescopic ECU and the driver's power seat ECU. Check circuits between tilt/telescopic ECU and driver's power seat ECU. If circuits are okay, go to next item listed under TROUBLE SHOOTING .
