Tc TERMINAL CIRCUIT

Turn ignition on. Check voltage between terminals Tc and E1 of DLC1 or DLC2. See Figure. If battery voltage is present, circuit is okay (ABS ECU may be faulty if light does not blink when connecting a jumper wire between terminals Tc and E1). If battery voltage is not present, check circuits between ABS ECU, DLC1 and DLC2, and ground. If circuits are okay, replace ABS ECU.
