Test 25: Cruise Main Light Problem

Check GAUGE fuse. Replace as needed. Disconnect connector "D". Turn ignition on. Check voltage at connector "D" terminal No. 3. If voltage does not exist, repair open circuit between GAUGE fuse and connector "D" terminal No. 3. Disconnect connector "A". Ground connector "A" terminal No. 4. Turn ignition on. If CRUISE indicator light illuminates, check wiring between instrument panel and cruise ECU. If wiring is okay, replace cruise ECU. If CRUISE indicator light does not illuminate, check light bulb. Replace as needed. If bulb is okay, install a known good circuit plate and retest. If light still does not illuminate, replace instrument panel computer and retest.
