Test 28: High Beam Light Problem
Check headlight high beam using light control switch FLASH position. If headlight high beams do not work, repair headlight system. If headlight high beams are okay, disconnect instrument panel connector "C". Turn light control switch to HEAD and dimmer switch to HI. Check voltage at connector "C" terminal No. 5. If voltage does not exist, repair wiring between connector "C" terminal No. 5 and HEAD fuse. If voltage exists, check continuity between instrument panel terminal "C" No. 3 and terminal "C" No. 5. If continuity does not exist, check light bulb. Replace as needed. If bulb is okay, install a known good circuit plate and retest. If light still does not illuminate, replace instrument panel computer and retest. If continuity exists, check wiring between instrument panel and headlight dimmer switch.
