Test 31: Taillight Light Problem
Check taillights by turning light control switch to TAIL position. If taillights do not work, repair taillights. If taillights are okay, disconnect instrument panel connector "C". Turn light control switch to TAIL. Check voltage at connector "C" terminal No. 5. If voltage does not exist, repair wiring between connector "C" terminal No. 5 and light control switch. If voltage exists, reconnect instrument panel connector "C". Disconnect instrument panel connector "B". Ground connector "B" terminal No. 7. Turn light control switch to TAIL. If taillight indicator does not illuminate, check light bulb. Replace as needed. If bulb is okay, install a known good circuit plate and retest. If light still does not illuminate, replace instrument panel computer and retest. If taillight indicator illuminates, repair wiring between connector "B" terminal No. 7 and ground.
