Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

1. BODY ECU INSPECTION





2. OPEN DOOR INDICATOR LIGHT INSPECTION

3. OUTPUT DTC





a. Using SST, connect terminals Tc and E1 of DLC2.
SST 09843-18020
b. Turn the ignition switch ON.
c. Read the DTC on the open door indicator light.





As an example, the blinking patterns for codes; normal, 12, and 11 and 12 are shown in the illustration.
d. Check for the problem using the DTC table.
e. After completing the check, turn the ignition switch off, and disconnect terminals Tc and El.
