NOTE: Some of these tests are to be performed even if a code did not set (in this case, you will have been sent here from DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM table under TROUBLE SHOOTING). If you are performing one of these tests because a code was set, use the instructions that follow the word "CODE". If you are performing one of these tests because you were sent here from DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM table, use the instructions that follow the words "NO CODE".
