Preliminary Conditions

Before checking input signal for speed sensor, raise vehicle with drive wheels off ground. Start engine. Shift transmission into gear (M/T). On A/T, before checking input signals for CANCEL switch, stoplight switch, parking brake switch and neutral start switch, shift transmission into Drive.
