Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

COMPONENTS FOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

MAF METER REMOVAL

1. REMOVE BATTERY CLAMP COVER
2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE AND MAF METER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the MAF meter connector.
(b) Loosen the hose clamp.





(c) Remove the 3 bolts and air cleaner case assembly.
3. REMOVE MAF METER FROM AIR CLEANER CASE
(a) Disconnect the MAF meter connector.
(b) Remove the 2 bolt and MAF meter.

MAF METER INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION HINT: Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
