Trunk Courtesy Switch Circuit

  1. Check trunk light operation. If light is on with trunk open, and off with switch pushed, go to next step. If light does not operate as specified, repair trunk courtesy switch circuit. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  2. Check wiring between switch and ECU. Repair as needed. If wiring is okay, check ECU. See PIN VOLTAGE TESTS . If found to be defective, replace ECU and retest system.
