Removal & Installation: Installation
- Install generator. Install the generator and transmission oil cooler bracket with the bolt and nut. Torque: 37 Nm (380 kgfcm, 27 ftlbf).
- Connect the generator connector. Connect the generator wire with the nut and cap.
- Install power steering vane pump pulley (if removed).
- Install drive belt. Install the drive belt by turning the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise. See Figure.
- Connect negative (-) terminal cable to battery.
- Perform on-vehicle inspection. See ON-VEHICLE TESTING .
- Install engine undercover.
NOTE:
The pulley bolt for the belt tensioner has a lefthand thread.
