Removal (SC300)
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system. Remove intake air connector pipe. Disconnect accelerator cable. Disconnect throttle position sensor connector. Disconnect throttle control motor and accelerator pedal position sensor connectors. Disconnect engine wire clamp from throttle body clamp bracket.
- Remove bolts and nuts, and remove throttle body. Remove nuts and throttle body bracket. Slightly slide throttle body away from intake air connector. DO NOT handle throttle body by throttle motor. Disconnect water bypass hoses from throttle body and remove throttle body.
