EGR Temperature Sensor (ES300)

Engine Control Module (ECM) applies a reference voltage to EGR temperature sensor, which is a variable resistor. EGR gas temperature sensor monitors EGR gas temperature and delivers an input signal to ECM. EGR gas temperature sensor is located near EGR valve.
