Indicator Light Circuit

Remove A/C control assembly. Disconnect indicator light 12-pin connector. Connect battery positive lead to terminal No. 4 (Red wire) and negative battery lead to terminal No. 3 (Green/White wire) of indicator light 12-pin connector. See Fig 1. If indicator light does not come on, replace light. If indicator light comes on, inspect wire harness and connectors between light and Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Repair harness or connectors as necessary. If harness and connectors are okay, check ECU. See PIN VOLTAGE TESTS . If pin voltages are not as specified, replace ECU and retest system operation.
