Installation (GS300)

Clean throttle body gasket surfaces. To prevent throttle body gear sticking clean throttle body of any foreign materials. Install water bypass hose clamps as illustrated. See Fig 1. Install NEW gasket and throttle body. Tighten throttle body nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Fill cooling system with proper mix of water and coolant.
