Removal (ES300)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system. Disconnect throttle cable from throttle linkage. Disconnect PCV and air cleaner hoses. Disconnect Throttle Position (TP) sensor. Disconnect Idle Air Control (IAC) valve connector. Disconnect water bypass hose from intake manifold and from water inlet housing. Disconnect air assist hose. Remove EGR gas temperature sensor bracket. Remove throttle body and gasket.
