Removal (GS300)
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain cooling system. Remove intake air resonator. Disconnect accelerator cable from throttle linkage. Remove throttle control motor and accelerator pedal position sensor connectors. Remove engine wire clamp from clamp bracket of throttle body.
- Remove bolts and nuts, and remove throttle body. Remove nuts and throttle body bracket. Slightly slide throttle body away from intake air connector. DO NOT handle throttle body by throttle motor. Disconnect water bypass hoses from throttle body and remove throttle body.
