Installation (GS300 & SC300)

To install, reverse removal procedure. If reinstalling original throttle control motor, apply grease thinly on surface of entire gear assembly including throttle control motor gear. New throttle control motor comes prelubed and does not need to be greased again. Align protrusions of motor with positioning pin holes of throttle body.
Rotate throttle control motor clockwise. Install set screw "A". See Fig 1. Ensure motor and positioning pin doe not wobble. Install remaining screws. Install cover and set screws "B" and "C". See Fig 2. Ensure grommet of motor is alined properly. Install remaining screws. Connect connector to bracket. Install and adjust throttle position sensor. See THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR in ADJUSTMENTS article.
