Diagnosis & Testing: Notes
NOTE:
Diagnostic tests contain references to Traction Control (TRAC) system. These references are necessary to complete repairs of ABS failure; however, these diagnostic tests do not diagnose TRAC system.
NOTE:
Ensure battery is in good condition and is fully charged. DO NOT start engine when retrieving codes. If codes cannot be retrieved, perform ABS WARNING LIGHT CIRCUIT and Tc TERMINAL CIRCUIT
under SYSTEM TESTS. If problem remains, replace ABS/TRAC ECU.
