Cable Reel
NOTE:
Cable reel may also be known as spiral cable or clockspring.
Ensure front wheels are in straight-ahead position. Rotate cable reel counterclockwise until it becomes harder to turn. Rotate cable reel clockwise 3 turns. Red mating marks should align, and Red marks should be visible through inspection hole. See Fig 1. Install steering wheel, ensuring mating marks are still aligned.
