Rheostat Light Control Circuit

  1. Check rheostat light control volume. See appropriate INSTRUMENT PANELS article. Replace rheostat light control volume as necessary and retest system operation. If rheostat light control volume is okay, go to next step.
  2. Check circuits for faults between rheostat light control volume and body control ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair or replace as necessary. If circuits are okay, go to next test listed in appropriate SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS table under TROUBLE SHOOTING .
