Door Unlock Detection Switch Circuit

  1. Remove wireless door lock ECU (leave wire harness connected). Using DVOM, measure voltage (backprobe) between ground and terminal No. 11 (Blue/White wire). See Figure. Battery voltage should be present with driver's door lock knob in LOCK position. If voltage is as specified, go to next step. If voltage is not as specified, repair harness and/or connectors between wireless door lock ECU and door unlock detection switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  2. Measure voltage (backprobe) between ground and terminal No. 12 (Pink wire). See Figure. Battery voltage should be present with passenger's door lock knob in LOCK position. If voltage is as specified, perform next inspection listed in symptom diagnosis table. See SYMPTOM DIAGNOSIS . If voltage is not as specified, repair harness and/or connectors between wireless door lock ECU and door unlock detection switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
