Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter. check voltage between DLC1 terminals Ts and E1. See Figure. If 10-14 volts exists, circuit is okay. Connect a fused jumper wire or Service Connector (SST 09843-18020) between DLC1 terminals Ts and E1. Check ABS warning light. If ABS warning light does not blink, ABS/TRAC ECU may be faulty. If 10-14 volts does not exist, check for open or short circuit in wiring harness between ABS/TRAC ECU and DLC1, and between DLC1 and ground. If wiring harness is okay, replace ABS/TRAC ECU.
