Oil Pump: Reassembly

  1. To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Ensure both rotors are installed in oil pump body with identification mark (triangle mark) facing oil pump cover. Tighten oil pump cover bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. If installing crankshaft front seal, use hammer and Seal Installer (SST 09316-60010). Install seal until seal surface is even with oil pump body. Apply grease to sealing lip of seal.
