Wireless Door Lock Control Receiver Ecu Circuit

Ensure all remote keyless entry system components are connected. Check circuit values between ground and/or specified terminals at wireless door lock control receiver. See Figure. Ensure circuit values are as specified under all listed conditions. See WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL RECEIVER ECU CIRCUIT VALUES  table. If circuit values are not as specified, check and repair wire harness and system components as necessary. If circuits are okay, wireless door lock control receiver is faulty.

WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL RECEIVER ECU CIRCUIT VALUES

Test Connection Condition Circuit Value
1 & Ground (1) Constant Continuity
2 & 3 (2) All Doors Closed, Then Lock All Doors With Transmitter Lock Switch On 0-10 Volts Or More (Output Once)
2 & 3 (2) All Doors Closed, Then Unlock All Doors With Transmitter Unlock Switch On 0-10 Volts Or More (Output Twice)
2 & 3 (2) Luggage Door Unlock Switch In Transmitter From Off To On 0-10 Volts Or More (Output Once)
2 & 3 (2) Any Doors Opened, Transmitter Lock Switch On 0-10 Volts Or More (Output For 10 Seconds)
5 & Ground (2) Luggage Compartment Unlock Switch In Transmitter From Off To On 10 Volts Or More-Zero Volts-10 Volts Or More
7 & Ground (2) All Doors Closed, Transmitter Unlock Switch On Zero Volts-10 Volts Or More-Zero Volts
8 & Ground

Constant 10-14 Volts

Key Inserted Into Ignition Switch Less Than One Volt
10 & Ground

Key Removed From Ignition Switch 10-14 Volts

Driver's Door Unlock Detection Switch In ON Position 4-6 Volts

Driver's Door Unlock Detection Switch In OFF Position Less Than One Volt

Ignition Switch In ON Position 10-14 Volts

Door Courtesy Switch In ON Position Less Than One Volt

15 & Ground (2) All Doors Closed, Transmitter Lock Switch On Zero Volts-10 Volts Or More-Zero Volts
(1) Disconnect connector and inspect from wire harness side.

(2) Leave connector connected and backprobe from back side.
