Driver's Power Window Does Not Operate With Wireless Remote

  1. Turn ignition on. If window operates when master switch is operated, go to next step. If window does not operate when master switch is operated, go to POWER WINDOW INOPERATIVE WHEN USING MASTER SWITCH .
  2. If window operates using key, go to next step. If window does not operate using key, go to DRIVER'S POWER WINDOW INOPERATIVE WHEN USING KEY .
  3. Check if remote is programmed to perform power window operation by selecting control recognition code and switching power window control permission/prohibition. See REGISTRATION OF RECOGNITION CODE in REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEMS - ES300 article. If LOCK/UNLOCK is performed 4 times, go to next step. If LOCK/UNLOCK is not performed 4 times, mode is turned to power window control permission mode.
  4. To ensure recognition code is registered and mode turns to power window control permission mode, perform LOCK/UNLOCK function 3 times. See REGISTRATION OF RECOGNITION CODE in REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEMS - ES300 article. If door lock can be operated by remote control, replace integration relay. If remote control does not control door locks, disconnect door control receiver and integration relay connectors. Go to next step.
  5. Check continuity between door control receiver terminal No. 7 and integration relay connector "B" terminal No. 7. Also check continuity between door control receiver terminal No. 15 and integration relay connector "B" terminal No. 5. See Figure. Repair wiring as necessary. If wiring is okay, check remote keyless entry system.
