Test No. 12: Light Sensor Circuit Problem: Testing

Connect tester to DLC3, located under left side of instrument panel. Turn ignition and tester on. If illumination value changes from .8 ms to 22 ms when light sensor is uncovered and covered, go to next step. If illumination value does not change from .8 ms to 22 ms, replace light sensor.
Check wiring harness and connectors between Black 4-pin light sensor connector A30 and body No. 2 ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair if necessary. If no problem is found, replace body No. 2 ECU.
