Test No. 18: Diagnostic Circuit
- Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between terminals TC and E1 of DLC3. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If battery voltage is present, perform next circuit inspection in SYMPTOM INDEX table. If battery voltage is not present, go to next step.
- Check circuits for faults between DLC3 and body ECU. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair or replace as necessary. If circuits are okay, replace body ECU.
