Power Window Motor Limit Switch & Pulse Switch Reset

Perform adjustment if jam function is not operating properly, or when regulator is removed or replaced.

1. Remove power window motor and regulator assembly. See WINDOW MOTOR & REGULATOR ASSEMBLY  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Mark regulator and motor gears where they mesh. Remove motor from regulator. Connect motor and switch to harness connectors. Turn ignition on. Operate power window switch in UP position so motor rotates 6-10 revolutions (4 seconds or more). Turn ignition off.
   NOTE: DO NOT rotate motor down during assembly.
2. Ensure regulator arm is below mid-point. Install motor on regulator. Ensure marks align. Reassemble door assembly. Turn ignition on. Operate power window switch up and down many times. Check auto operation. Reset will be complete when window is closed using auto operation. Recheck window operation.
