Head Light: Overhaul

HINT:

COMPONENTS: See COMPONENTS 

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
5. REMOVE HEADLAMP UNIT LH 
   1. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and clip.

   2. Disconnect the connectors.
   3. Pull out the headlamp unit forward.

6. REMOVE DISCHARGE HEADLAMP BULB 
   1. Remove the connector from the headlamp socket cover.
   2. Rotate the headlamp socket cover in the direction of the arrow and pull it off toward the rear of the vehicle.

   3. Rotate the bulb socket cover in the direction of the arrow and pull it off toward the rear of the vehicle.

   4. Release the lock of the set spring and remove the discharge headlamp bulb.

7. REMOVE HEADLAMP, NO.2 BULB 
   1. Rotate the headlamp No. 2 bulb in the direction of the arrow and pull it off toward the rear of the vehicle.

8. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LAMP BULB 
   1. Remove the front turn signal lamp bulb.
9. REMOVE CLEARANCE LAMP BULB 
   1. Remove the clearance lamp bulb.
10. HEADLIGHT AIM ONLY (See  ADJUSTMENT  ) 
11. PUT VEHICLE THESE CONDITIONS 
12. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIM
