Back Window Frame Sub-ASSY Upper: Overhaul

MOVE ROOF PANEL TO HALF
1. Referring to the manual operation procedures, half-open the roof.

REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.
2. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 7 clips.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
3. Remove the inner roof side garnish RH.

REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH
REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSY REAR
1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 7 clips.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
2. Remove the rear roof headlining rear.

REMOVE BACK WINDOW FRAME SUB-ASSY UPPER
1. Using a torx socket, remove the 8 screws.
  Torx socket (T40): 09042-00020
2. Remove the back window frame.

REMOVE REMOVABLE ROOF WEATHERSTRIP REAR
1. Remove the 4 screws, 2 nuts and 4 clips.
2. Using a clip remover, disengage the clips.
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
3. Remove the removable roof weatherstrip rear.

1. Remove the 4 screws and rear roof side rail weatherstrip retainer RH.

INSTALL BACK WINDOW GLASS ADHESIVE DAM (See REPLACEMENT )
INSTALL BACK WINDOW GLASS (See REPLACEMENT )
INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL WEATHER STRIP RETAINER REAR LH
INSTALL ROOF SIDE RAIL WEATHER STRIP RETAINER REAR RH
INSTALL REMOVABLE ROOF WEATHERSTRIP REAR
INSTALL BACK WINDOW FRAME SUB-ASSY UPPER
Torque: 40 N.m (408 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf)
INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSY REAR
INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH
INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH
INSPECT FOR LEAKS AND REPAIR (See REPLACEMENT )
