Light Failure Sensor Function Test

Turn ignition off. Disconnect 12-pin electrical harness connector from light failure sensor. Light failure sensor is located in right rear corner of luggage compartment. Using a jumper wire, ground terminal No. 4 of 12-pin light failure sensor electrical harness connector. See Figure. Start engine. Rear light failure warning light on multi-display information center should illuminate. If warning light does not illuminate, check bulb and wire harness.
