Inspection Procedure

  1. Replace CD With Another And Recheck 
    1. Replace the CD with normal one and check it the same trouble occurs again.
      1. Check the installation condition of the radio receiver assembly.

      Standard: The Operation Returns To Be Normal 

    1. OK: CD Faulty 
    2. NG: Go To Next Step 
  2. Check When This Happens 
    1. Check when this happens.
      1. Check that in what condition (place) sound skips.

      Cause: Driving on the bumpy road. 

    1. OK: Go to step   4 
    2. NG: Go To Next Step 
  3. Compare It With Another Car Of Same Model 
    1. Compare it with another vehicle of the same model.
      1. Compare with the vehicle of the same type which does not have a trouble to see if there is any difference in the condition of trouble occurrence.

      Standard: No Difference Found 

    1. OK: Setting 
    2. NG: Go To Next Step 
  4. Check Of Radio Receiver Assembly Installation 
    1. Check of the radio receiver assembly installation.
      1. Check the installation condition of the radio receiver assembly.

      Standard: Installed Properly 

    1. NG: Install The Radio Receiver Assembly Properly 
    2. OK: Go To Next Step 
  5. Did The Temperature In The Cabin Change Rapidly? 
    1. Did the temperature in the cabin change rapidly?
      1. Check whether or not rapid temperature change occurred in the cabin.

      Cause: Rapid Temp. Change 

    Reference:

    Rapid temperature change my cause condensation inside the CD player, which may affect its normal operation.

    1. OK: Condensation Due To Temperature Change (Leave It As It Is For A While Before Using) 
    2. NG: Check And Replace Radio Receiver Assembly
