Inspection Procedure

- Check Harness And Connector (Power Source)
- Disconnect the P9 power window switch connector.
- Turn the ignition switch ON.
- Check the voltage between the switch terminal 4 of the wire harness side connector and body ground.
Standard: 10 - 14 V

- OK: Go to Next Step
- NG: Repair Or Replace Harness And Connector (Switch >--< Relay)
- Inspect Power Window Regulator Switch Assy (Passenger Side)
- Remove the power window switch.
- Check the continuity between the switch terminals when the switch is operated.

Standard:
- OK: Go To Next Step
- NG: Replace Power Window Regulator Switch Assy (Passenger Side)
- Check Harness And Connector (Switch >--< Motor)
- Disconnect the P13 power window motor connector.
- Check the continuity between the wire harness side connectors.

Standard:
- OK: Go to Next Step
- NG: Repair Or Replace Harness And Connector
- Inspect Power Window Regulator Motor Assy RH (Passenger Side)
- Remove the motor (See FRONT DOOR ).
- Apply battery voltage to the connector terminals 1 and 2.
- Check that the motor rotates smoothly.
NOTE: Do not apply battery voltage to any terminal except terminals 1 and 2.Standard:
- OK: Repair Or Replace Harness And Connector (Master Switch >--< Switch)
- NG: Replace Power Window Regulator Motor Assy RH (Passenger Side)
