YAWRATE Sensor: Replacement

  1. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSY (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  2. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSY UPPER (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  3. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH NO.1 (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  4. REMOVE CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH NO.2 (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSY REAR (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  6. REMOVE YAWRATE SENSOR 
    1. Disconnect the yawrate sensor connector.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and yawrate sensor.

  7. INSTALL YAWRATE SENSOR 
    1. Install the yawrate sensor with 2 bolts.

      Torque: 13.3 N.m (136 kgf.cm, 10 ft.lbf) 

    2. Connect the yawrate sensor connector.
  8. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSY REAR 
  9. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH NO.2 
  10. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH NO.1 
  11. INSTALL CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSY UPPER 
  12. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSY 
  13. PERFORM YAWRATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION (See  PRE-CHECK  ) 
  14. CHECK VSC SENSOR SIGNAL (See  PRE-CHECK  )
